Camp MacDuff has almost 14 acres of native forest. Our land is surrounded by hundreds of acres of mostly forest.

In addition to the forest, our vegetation includes large stands of sword fern, piggyback plant, foam flower, and devil’s club. We also work hard to mitigate and control invasive species such as English ivy, Himalayan blackberry, and English holly.

One of the core features of the property is our Waterfall fed by a seasonal creek. The waterfall runs typically from September to May and then drys up for the summer. The area around the waterfall stays cool and relaxing in the heat of the summer.
